Practice: Mindful Morning Ritual

Set aside some time or simply reflect on these three areas during your morning routine.

  • Gratitude: Reflect on three things, people, and experiences that you are grateful for.  Pause.

  • Affirmation: Reflect on a vision of your highest self.  Say aloud, whisper, or write out three affirmative statements in this reflection.

  • Priorities: Get specific on what matters today. Say or write out three priorities that you will do today.
