Before starting Align, Liz was a corporate executive with Estee Lauder Companies, earning a reputation as an expert at turning low-performing teams into high-performers. She’s held leadership roles at Tempur-Pedic, Moneypenny, and Hilti, where she co-founded the company’s first diversity and inclusion committee. She began her career as a college professor at the University of Virginia, her alma mater.
Extremely community-minded, Liz serves on the board and membership committee of The Harbour Club, previously chaired the professional women’s group Thrive at the Charleston Metro Chamber, and was the first female board member of Warrior Surf Foundation for veterans.
