Facilitator, trainer, coach, mediator, and workplace strategist Liz Ashley is passionate about scaling human potential and driving business results. She founded Align after a successful, decades-long career in sales and talent development with companies such as Estee Lauder, Tempur-Pedic, Moneypenny, and Hilti.
She turns low-performing teams into high-performing teams by teaching emerging leaders and groups how to communicate effectively, resolve conflict, increase self-awareness, and build alignment toward achieving organizational goals.
Liz frequently shares her workplace strategy and talent expertise with others, often serving as a keynote speaker or moderator for organized conferences and professional events.
She’s also active in her community and currently chairs Thrive, a professional women’s organization affiliated with the Charleston Metro Chamber; she sits on the executive board at the Harbour Club at WestEdge as the chairwoman of the membership committee and serves on the board of the Warrior Surf Foundation.
Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics from Westminster College and a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Virginia, advocating for clients to create structure in their wellness routines and communication practices with partners, family members, and friends.
“I’m committed to making a meaningful impact on businesses, teams, and individuals through a proven discipline of strategy, training, and professional development. And I want the results we create to extend beyond the workplace, changing people’s behaviors to improve their lives.”
